I'm brushing up on my editing skills in preparation for the baby. It's hard to get good lighting inside our house during the dreary winter. Hopefully I'll figure that out when the baby comes so I can catch the newborn moments. Here's a before & after of Cohen looking out our window, missing spring. At least that's what I'm thinking. :)

Before, a little dark & dreary, just like the weather. And not the best composition.

After, I opened the file in RAW, adjusted the lightness, brightness, etc. Then I ran the Coffeeshop Baby PowderRoom action. It has lots of great ways to fix redness & blemishes that are common on newborn skin. I finally went through and downloaded all the new actions that were on the Coffeeshop website and I'm excited to figure them out. I also added a slight vignette at the end. And I cropped, so his left eye was more in line with the rule of thirds. Tada!
